Lydia G. Ledesma 1953 - 2016

Lydia G. Ledesma, 62, was born on December 10, 1953 in Houston, Texas to Ben Efrian and Dinazar Gracia, and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on February 20, 2016 in Houston, Texas while surrounded by her loving family. Lydia was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her caring and loving husband of 43 years, Alexander Ledesma; by her son, Matthew Alexander Ledesma; by her daughters, Valerie Ledesma Hankins & husband David and Veleka Ledesma Zarate & husband Jimmie; by her sister, Glynis Gracia & husband Steve Ramon; also by her 2 grandchildren, Alexandra Hankins and Vaughn Hankins. Lydia will be greatly missed by all. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 from 4pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 11am at Resurrection Catholic Church (915 Zoe St., Houston, TX 77020) with Father Christopher Plant officiating. Rite of Committal will follow in Houston National Cemetery.
