Manuel Javier Carreon 1938 - 2015

Manuel Jaiver Carreon, 77, was born on August 19, 1938 in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico to Jose E. Carreon and Maria de la Paz Contreras, and was called home to be with his "Lord and Savior" on October 12, 2015 in Houston, Texas. Manuel is survived by his Wife of 47 years, Elva G. Carreon; his Sons, Manuel Carreon, Jr. and Jimmy Carreon & wife Kate O'Brien; his Daughter, Veronica Gonzales & husband Edmundo; his Brothers, Mario Carreon, Raul Carreon, and Enrique Carreon; his Sisters, Maria Elia Carreon Cortazar and Maria Elva Carreon Luna; his Grandchildren, Christopher, Julian, Jaleesa, Christian, Colby, and Andrew.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2015 from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 16, 2015 at 11:30am at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Rite of Committal will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemery.
