Maria de Jesus Guzman, 86, was born March 17, 1936 in Michoacan, Mexico and entered eternal rest on February 20, 2023 in Houston, Texas. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Maria is preceded in death by her parents, Martin Toriche & Concepcion Maya; her loving husband, Silviano Guzman; and her son, Salvador Guzman. She is survived by her sons, Gerardo Guzman, Silviano Guzman; her daughters, Maria Ruth Arguello, Rosalva Patricia Zamudio, Silvia Soreque, Martha Heredia, Alma Rosa Guzman, Lorena Contreras, Araceli Ferreyra; 41 grandchildren; 56 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; She is also survived by many other relatives and a host of good friends. Maria de Jesus will be dearly missed by all those who shared wonderful memories with her.
