Maria Raquel Flores

Maria Raquel Flores, 71, was born on November 20, 1944 in Guanajuato, Mexico and was called up to be with her Lord and Savior on September 20, 2016 in Houston, Texas surrounded by her loving family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Guadalupe and Maria Hurtado; and her son, Genaro Flores. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Jose Flores Andrade; her sons, Jose Flores, Jose Armando Flores, and Emilio Flores; her daughters, Maria Flores and Alicia Flores; her brothers, Jose Luz Hurtado, Francisco Hurtado, Pablo Hurtado, and Salvador Hurtado; her sister, Abelina Hurtado; her 17 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild. Maria will be greatly missed by all.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2016 from 4pm to 9pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7pm at The Compean Family Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 11am at The Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel. Rite of Committal will follow in San Jacinto Memorial Park Cemetery.
