Martha Elvira Villanueva, 70, was born on May 30, 1950 in Zacatecas, Mexico and was called  home to be with her Lord and Savior on August 7, 2020 surrounded by her loving family at her residence in Houston, Texas.  She was preceded in death by her father, Jesus Acosta; also by her mother, Elvira Tiscareño.  Martha leaves behind to cherish and treasure her memories her loving husband of 47 years of marriage, Apolonio Villanueva; her daughters, Janie Villanueva & husband Javier Rodriguez, Maria Dolores De La Cerda & husband Robert, Martha  Yolanda Monreal & husband Edward, and Monica Trevino & husband Javier; her brothers, Antonio Acosta, Mario Acosta, Roman Acosta, and Juan Manuel Acosta; her sisters, Rosario Zamarron, Maria Acosta, and Maria Dolores Tiscareño; her grandchildren, Ashley Denise Ponce, Brianna Lizette Ponce, Clarissa Stephanie Ponce, Javier Rodriguez, Jr., Eliseo Apolonio Rodriguez, Rafael Cisneros, Jr., Emily Isabel Trevino, and Javier Trevino, Jr.; she also leaves behind many other relatives and numerous friends.  Martha will be dearly missed by all those who were touched by her beautiful soul.
