Mary Lou Meza

Mary Lou Meza, 66, born on October 19, 1958, in Chicago, Illinois, peacefully entered eternal rest on February 4, 2025, in Houston, Texas. Mary Lou was a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished grandmother whose presence touched the hearts of all who knew her. A woman of deep devotion to her family, she found joy in the company of her children and especially her beloved grandchildren. Known for her exceptional cooking and love of music, she also enjoyed relaxing with a game of Wheel of Fortune. Mary Lou had a warm and generous spirit, never meeting a stranger, and was always ready to lend a kind word or helping hand. She enjoyed going out to eat, playing at the casino, and taking long walks, finding happiness in life's simple pleasures.

She is lovingly survived by her husband of 45 years, Crescencio Meza; her son, Adolfo Meza, and wife Stephanie Marie; her daughter, Sofia M. Sanchez, and husband Saul Sanchez; her brother, Marco Antonio Hidalgo; her sister, Elvira Miranda; and her treasured grandchildren, Eliseo, Adrian, Alyssa, and Angelo.

Mary Lou’s memory will forever be cherished by all who were fortunate enough to share in the beautiful moments of her life. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing her.
