Mateo Andres Velez, was born on August 4, 2020 in Houston, Texas and was called home to join God's Angels on December 25, 2021 in Houston, Texas.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Jose Andres Velez.  Mateo leaves behind to cherish and treasure his memories his loving parents, Jose & Cynthia Velez; his brothers, Daniel Velez, Alejandro Velez, and Eduardo Velez; his paternal grandparents, Audelia & Heriberto Velez; his maternal grandmother, Lucia Rosales; he also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Mateo will be dearly missed by all those who were touched by his beautiful soul.
