Merced C. Luna, Jr.

Merced C. Luna, Jr. , 96, was born on June 5, 1928 in Bay City, Texas and entered into eternal rest on July 7, 2024 in Houston, Texas. Merced was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather that will be dearly missed. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Carolina Garza Luna and his daughters, Alpha Nanez and Ruth Ortiz. He leaves behind to cherish his loving memory his wife of 26 years, Noemi G. Luna; his son, Otoniel Luna & wife Arlene; his step son, Daniel Perez; his daughters, Miriam Gomez & husband Manuel, Bertha Martinez & husband Joshua, Orpha Vasquez & husband Anthony, and Loida Gonzalez & husband Alex; his stepdaughter, Cynthia Bernal & husband Enrico; he also leaves behind his 28 grandchildren and 50 great grandchildren. Merced will be missed by all those who shared wonderful memories with him.
