Miguel Espinosa Ramirez, Sr., 77, was born on September 29, 1940 in Sejita, Texas to Pablo & Celsa Espinosa and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on January 27, 2018 in Houston, Texas.  Miguel was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend.  He arrived in Denver Harbor in 1969 and became well known and loved in the community.  Miguel had a passion for music, playing bass in many well known bands and was inducted into the Tejano Roots Hall of Fame in 2014.  Being a role model in the music industry, Miguel's son, Miguel Jr. and granddaughter, Crystal, both followed in his footsteps.  Miguel was always in the neighborhood, talking with neighbors,walking to the Fiesta, collecting cans, or passing the time at the McDonald's.  But he always found time to sit on the porch to listen and sing to his music.  Miguel E. Ramirez, Sr. will be greatly missed by all who shared wonderful memories with him.  Miguel is preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Navarro Ramirez and his son, Bobby Navarro Ramirez.  He is survived by his sons, Miguel Ramirez, Jr. & wife Connie Ramirez, and Jesse N. Ramirez & wife Rebecca Cabrera Ramirez; his daughters, Katy Ramirez Cantu & husband Juan Manuel Cantu, and Maria Luisa Ramirez Martinez & husband Hodiseo Martinez; his daughter in law, Alice Ramirez, his grandchildren, Cynthia Jean Ramirez, Miguel Ramirez III, Jesika Grace Ramirez, Crystal Lynn Jimenez & husband Victor M. Jimenez, Kimberly Cantu Aburto & husband Jose L. Aburto, Kelly Cantu, Adan A. Cantu II, Bobby Ramirez Jr., Albert Ramirez & wife Natalie Ramirez, Marcus Ramirez, Alyssa Ramirez, Nia Consuelo Ramirez, Noah Jesse Ramirez, Mario Trevino, Vicky Zapata, Bertha Trevino, Ashley Dana, Frankie Martinez, and Andrew Martinez; and his great grandchildren, Luis Anthony Galvan, Trinity Lita Ramirez, Isaac Manuel Jimenez, Alyvia Lynn Jimenez, Albert J. Ramirez, Jayden Zachariah Ramirez, Jesiah Malachi Ramirez, Bobby Ramirez III, Evelyn Ramirez, Araceli Ramirez, Chloe Ramirez, Jeremiah Ramirez, Alysia Loosa, Aaliyah Loosa, Alyssa Loosa, Joseph Garza, Jaylynne Garza, Jaiden Garza, Eliana Trevino, Jaylene Cleveland, and Catalina Trevino.
