Nhu-Y Thi Tran, 65, was born on February 10, 1951 in Vietnam to An Tuong Tran and Thu Thi Nguyen and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on December 14, 2016 in Houston, Texas. Nhu-Y leaves behind to cherish her memories her loving husband of 47 years, Peter Pham; her son, Peter Vu Pham; her daughters, Tess Linh Pham, Vivian Van Pham, and Tilly Trang Pham; her grandchildren, Christopher Lap Le, Michelle Mi Le, Nathan Khang Pham, Samantha An Pham, Justin Huan Nguyen, Eric Hieu Nguyen, and Isabel Ngoc-An Nguyen; also many other relatives and friens. Nhu will be dearly missed by all those that shared with her in life.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 16, 2016 from 6pm to 9pm with a Mass being celebrated at 7pm at St. Christopher Catholic Church (8150 Park Place Blvd., Houston, TX 77017). Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 11am at St. Christopher Catholic Church (8150 Park Place Blvd., Houston, TX 77017). Rite of Committal will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
