Nicholas Andrew Solis, 24, was born on November 7, 1992 in Houston, Texas and was called up to be with his Lord and Savior on August 11, 2017 in Channelview, Texas.  Nicholas was a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend.  He was a kind hearted and compassionate person.  He was very giving and had a lot of love in his heart.  Nicholas enjoyed landscaping and  being outside, always on the go.  He loved motorcycles, trucks and anything that the went fast.  Nicholas loved the freedom he had on his bike, always enjoying the elements of the day.  He was very well mannered and charming, making sure he was well dressed and never left home without his cap.  Most of all, Nicholas loved his family very much and cherished the time he spent with the kids.  Nicholas will be greatly missed by all who shared wonderful memories with him.   Nicholas is survived by his mother, Veronica Solis & husband Eduardo Villalobos; his father, Lewis Solis & wife Cindy Villanueva; his maternal grandparents, Juan Jose & Florinda Ramirez; his paternal grandparents, Joe John & Guadalupe Solis; his son, Nicholas "Nico" Andrew Solis, Jr.; his brothers, Lewis Anthony Solis and Joevanne Jordan Solis; his sisters, Briella Villalobos, Mariah Solis, and Michelley Cuellar; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 pm at the Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, August 18, 2017 at 9:00 am at Resurrection Catholic Church (915 Zoe St., Houston, Texas 77020).  Rite of Committal will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery (8601 Almeda Genoa Rd., Houston, Texas 77075).
