Olivia Montes Rendon

Olivia Montes Rendon, 69, was born on February 14, 1955, in Matamoros, Mexico, and peacefully entered eternal rest on October 10, 2024, in Houston, Texas. Olivia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, whose warmth and love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A passionate lover of music and computer games, particularly solitaire, Olivia found joy in simple pleasures. She cherished her family, dedicating herself to caring for her grandchildren and creating lasting memories.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Sebastian Montes and Alida Garcia; her son, Rudy Rendon Jr.; her brother, Sebastian Montes; and her sisters, Guadalupe Hernandez and Aurelia Montes.

Olivia leaves behind her beloved husband of 38 years, Rodolfo Rendon; her daughters, Robin Rae Garza and Daniella Rhae Rendon; her sisters, Olga Ramirez, Elsa Montes, Elva Montes, and Gloria Simerskey; her brother, George Montes; as well as her cherished grandchildren: Tre Garza, Isaac Garza, Xavier Garza, Lorenzo Rendon, Yvette Rendon, Annabel Rendon, Selene Rendon, Mateo Martinez, and Abraham Martinez II.

Olivia’s loving spirit and the beautiful memories she created will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be dearly missed.
