Oscar C. Postel, 84, was born on May 31, 1931 in Houston, Texas to Arturo and Delfina Postel and was called home to be with his "Lord and Savior" on July 30, 2015 in Houston, Texas. Mr. Postel is preceded in death by his beloved Parents, also by his Wife Guadalupe Postel and his Son Oscar Postel, Jr. Survivors include: Son, John R. Postel & wife Hermila; Brothers, Adolfo Postel and Leonard Postel; Sisters, Margaret, Mary, and Frances; 2 Grandchildren, John Ray, Jr. and David; also 5 Great Grandchildren, Jared, Johnny, Morgan, David, Jr., and Danielle.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2015 from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Funeral Service will take place on Monday, August 3, 2015 at 10am at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
