02/26/1939 - 09/17/2013       Pablo Muñoz, 74, was born February 26, 1939 in Alice, Texas & was called home to be with his “Lord & Savior” on September 17, 2013. Pablo was a long time resident of Galena Park, Texas. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Librado Muñoz & Refugia Resendez; Sister, Mauricia Garza & Granddaughter, Samantha Lydia Romero. Mr. Muñoz is survived by the love of his life, his Wife of 53 Yrs., Idolina Rodriguez Muñoz; Daughters, Annette Muñoz Betts, Elida Lamar Romero & Martha Idolina Villarreal; Sisters, Hilda Acuña, Consuelo Rodriguez & Mary Saenz; Grandchildren, J.P. Betts, Olivia Marie Betts, Billie Romero, David Romero, John Romero, Paul Romero, Abraham Romero, Amanda Whittemore, Vanessa Romero, Jo Anthony Villarreal & Melissa Ann Villarreal & 15 Great-Grandchildren. Visitation will begin Sunday, September 22, 2013 from 3-9pm at Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel with a Rosary being recited at 7:00pm. Funeral Service will be held Monday, September 23, 2013 at 11:00 am at Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
