Patricia Ann Oropeza, 56, was born on October 5, 1961 in Houston, Texas and was carried by God to live in his heavenly kingdom on August 9, 2018 in Houston, Texas. Patricia was a loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend.  She worked for Avis/Budget group for 36 years and was a union steward representative for Teamsters Local 988.  She participated in multiple charitable events and activities including the annual Catholic Charities Toy drive, Susan G Komen, AIDS walk, Heroes walk, and Snakes Shriners Hospital Easter run.  Patricia had a courageous, strong, generous, and loyal spirt and could always be counted on to help anyone in need.  Patricia is preceded in death by her brother, Nick Oropeza Jr.;  She is survived by her parents, Nick and Josephine Oropeza; son, Christopher Oropeza; brother, Michael Oropeza and sister, Cathy Brock; nieces, Lauren Brock and Nicole Oropeza; nephew, Joel Brock; and also by many other relatives, cousins, and friends. Patricia will be dearly missed. Memories of her will cherished by those who loved her and by those whose lives she touched.
