Pedro "Pete" Antonio Escamilla

Pedro "Pete" Antonio Escamilla, 45, was born on March 2, 1971 in Fort Wayne, Indiana and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on October 21, 2016 in Deer Park, Texas. Pete was a loving son, brother, and uncle who enjoyed life and never gave up. He was very smart, believed in education, and enjoyed computers. Peter graduated from La Porte High School in 1989 and attended San Jacinto Jr College and University of Houston National Hispanics Professional Organization. He had a great sense of humor; loved music, movies, and sports, his favorite teams were Dallas Cowboys and Houston Astros. Pete lived to be an example to his nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by all those who love him. Pete leaves behind to cherish his memories his father, Juan Antonio Escamilla; his mother, Carmen Mendez & husband Jesse Gonzales; his brothers, Miguel Escamilla and Juan Antonio Escamilla, Jr.; his nieces, Brianna, Emma, and Aubrey; his nephews, Michael, Jonathan, and Brandon; also numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 from 5pm to 9pm with a Celebration of Life Service at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Cremation will take place on a later day.
