Petra De La Rosa 1925 - 2016

Petra De La Rosa, 90, was born on May 30, 1925 in Nueva Rosita, Coahuila, Mexico and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on March 6, 2016 in Houston, Texas. Petra is survived by her sons, Pedro De La Rosa, Jose Luis De La Rosa & wife Juanita, and Roberto De La Rosa; daughters, Blanca Ayala & husband Ruben, Dora Ramirez, and Rosa De La Rosa; brothers, Felix Sanchez and Hector Sanchez; sister, Argentina Palacios; 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 13, 2016 from 4pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Monday, March 14, 2016 at 10am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (7250 Harrisburg Blvd., Houston, TX 77011). Rite of Committal will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
