Rachel Flores Lechuga, 85, was born October 12,1937 in Houston, Texas and entered eternal rest on June 25, 2023 in Channelview, Texas. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Rachel is preceded in death by her parents, Jesus Flores & Refugia Mancillas; her sisters, Eva Gonzales, Socorro Resendez; her son-in-law, Luis Atkinson; her stepdaughter, Martha Garza; her grandsons, Joseph Gonzales, Jacob Gonzales; and her granddaughter, Raquel Coronado. She leaves behind to cherish and treasure her memories her sons, Joe Flores, Santiago Lechuga; her daughters, Leonora Lopez & Fernando, Elvia Coronado, Laura Atkinson, Lydia Rios & Gerardo, Melissa Vargas, Gabriela Ordoynes, Jessica Gilmore & Mikie, Tania Coronado; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; She is also survived by many other relatives and a host of good friends. Rachel will be dearly missed by all those who shared wonderful memories with her.
