Rachel Garcia Moreno, 74, was born on July 7, 1949 in Galveston, Texas and entered into eternal rest on June 4, 2024 in Houston, Texas. Rachel was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother. She leaves behind to cherish and treasure her memory, her husband of 57 years, Pedro E. Moreno; her sons, Anthony Moreno & wife Nanette and Michael Moreno & wife Shelly; her daughter, Kimberly Moreno; her sisters. Gina Muñoz and Sophie; her grandchildren, Lauren, Micaela, Genaro, Madeline, and Sebastian; and her great grandchildren, Jaden and Giselle; She is also survived by many other relatives and a host of good friends. Rachel will be dearly missed by all those who shared wonderful memories with her.
