Rafael Pena Guajardo, 65, was born on October 21, 1949 in Valle Hermoso, Tamaulipas, Mexico and was called home to be with his "Lord and Savior" on July 5, 2015 in Pasadena, Texas. Rafael is preceded in death by his Father, Juan Guajardo and his Mother, Josefa Pena. Survived by his Wife of 40 years, Belsa Vela de Guajardo; Sons, Juan E. Guajardo & wife Maria, Rafael Guajardo, Jr., and Alexandro Guajardo & wife Dina; Brothers, Rogelio Tienda, Luis Tienda, Ramon Tienda, Ruben Tienda and Jose Tienda; Sisters, Guadalupe Saenz, San Juana Garcia and Martina Chavana; Grandchildren, Juan E. Jr., Luis F., Gabriela Y., Arianna, and Annabella.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 from 3pm to 9pm and on Thursday, July 9, 2015 from 3pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 10, 2015 at 10am at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Rite of Committal to follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
