Rafael Sandoval Rodriguez, 65, was born on June 10, 1955 in McAllen, Texas and was called to be with his Lord and Savior on December 17, 2020 in Pasadena, Texas.  He was preceded in death by his father, Rafael Rodriguez.  He was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.  Rafael leaves behind to cherish and treasure his memories his mother, Diva Silvia Rodriguez; his loving wife of 44 years of marriage Leticia S. Rodriguez; his daughters, Priscilla Picasso & husband Esli and Yvette Perez & husband Luis; his grandchildren, Nyssa Rodriguez & husband Cesar Cavazos, Jr., Francisco Rodriguez, Julian Picasso, Cristian Picasso, Nikolas Picasso, Eli Picasso, and Selene Perez; his great grandson, Vincent Cavazos; his siblings, Jesse Rodriguez, Raul Rodriguez, Consuelo "Connie" Guerra, Lucia Lopez, Leticia Lopez, Sylvia Ramirez, and Patricia Gonzales; he also leaves behind many other relatives and numerous friends.  Rafael will be dearly missed by all those who were touched by his beautiful soul.
