Ramiro Martinez, 56, was born on August 9, 1961  to Jose Angel Martinez, Sr. and Hortencia Salinas in Tamaulipas, Mexico and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on March 1, 2018 in Houston, Texas while surrounded by his loving family.  Ramiro was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.  He lived everyday to the fullest and was always the life of the party.  Ramiro was a perfect imperfect role model and made a great impact on everyone he met.  He was a true friend to many that never met a stranger. Ramiro enjoyed life and loved spending time with family and friends.  Ramiro will be dearly missed by all who shared wonderful memories with him.  Ramiro is survived by his mother, Hortencia Martinez; his loving wife of 34 years, Olga L. Martinez; his son, Ramiro Martinez, II & fiance Veronica Zapata; his daughters, Olga Nellie Martinez and Noellie "Bella" Martinez & husband William Monroy; his brothers, Jose Angel Martinez, Jr. and Marin Alberto Martinez; his sisters, Amparo Buenrostro, Maria "Cuca" Luna, Alma Nora Martinez, Olga Ortiz, Martha Martinez, and Sandra Ortiz; and his grandchildren, Eden Monroy, Alyssa Quiroz, and Angelique Real.
