Raul Romeo Garza, Sr., 75, was born on January 14, 1944 in Rio Grande City, Texas and was called up to be with his Lord and Savior on September 21, 2019.  Raul was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Cruz Garza, Sr. and Guadalupe Rodriguez; and his siblings, Rogerio Garza, Sr., Leonel Garza, Jr., Rene H. Garza, Baby Cruz, Guadalupe G. Alvarez, Alicia G. Perez, and Jose Maria Garza, Sr..  Raul leaves behind to cherish his memories, his son, Raul Romeo Garza, Jr.; his daughters, Melissa Garza Moreno & husband Arthur and Donna Michelle Garza; his brother, Cruz Garza, Jr.; his sisters, Evangelina G. Galvan , Josefina G. Gonzalez, Estela G. Muniz, Elma G. Fuentes, and Minerva G. Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Arthur, Cathy, Ashley, Christopher, Angelina, and Eric; his great grandchildren, Jimmy, Jayden, Natalie, and Penelope; and many other relatives and friends.  Raul will be dearly missed by all who shared wonderful memories with him.
