Raul Ramirez Martinez, 69, was born on January 18, 1951 in Mexico City, Mexico and was called up to be with his Lord and Savior on July 21, 2020 in Houston, Texas.  Raul was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Roberto Ramirez Argueta and Susana Herminia Martinez Gonzalez, and his son, Rogelio Ramirez.  Raul leaves behind to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 48 years, Ana Maria Mezo de Ramirez; his sons, Jose Raul Ramirez & Elsa, Jose Roberto Ramirez & Minerva, and Jose Rogelio Ramirez & Yadira; his daughters, Ana Maria Ramirez, Reyna Ramirez-Garza & husband Gerardo, and Roxana Phillips & husband Patrick; his brothers, Roberto Ramirez, Rene Ramirez, Ruben Ramirez, and Ricardo Ramirez; his sisters, Carolina Ramirez, Rosa Ramirez, and Raquel Ramirez; his grandchildren, Liliana Poole, Gabriella Poole, Mina Poole, Bella Poole, Michael Poole, Lizeth Ramirez, Ruby Ramirez, Vanessa Ramirez, Raul Ramirez, Remi Ramirez, Alexa Ramirez, Santiago Garza, Sebastian Garza, Makaylei Ramirez, Elena Esparza, Nicolas Ramirez-Esparza, Melody Phillips, Jackson Phillips, and Norah Phillips; numerous nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends.  Raul will be greatly missed by all who were touched by his loving soul.
