Rene Hernandez, 46, was born on September 14, 1970 in Houston, Texas and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on February, 8, 2017 in Tennessee Colony, Texas. Rene was preceded in death by his parents, Domingo and Guadalupe Hernandez. He is survived by his wife, Tangee Hernandez; his sons, David Hernandez and Benji Rene Hernandez; his daughters, Valerie Hernandez; his brothers, Gerardo Hernandez, Sr. & wife Rosario, Domingo Hernandez, Jr., and Lee Hernandez; his sister, Lily Hernandez Betancourt; 11 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; also many other relatives and friends. Rene will be dearly missed by all.

Visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel. Cremation will take place on a later day.
