Richard Allen Beck was born on August 27, 1943 in El Campo, Texas to his loving parents, James Harold Beck & Annie Lorraine Greenhaw. Richard passed away in his residence in Manor, Texas on March 10, 2017. Richard was a loving husband, father, and grandfather to his family. Richard loved to have everyone over for barbecues, he loved dancing to country music, also reading and telling stories to his grandchildren. Richard is preceded in death by his son, Jeffery Allen Beck; his brother, James Marion Beck; and his sister, Fern Fussell. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Suzanne W. Beck; his son, Ricky Wayne Beck & wife Carol; his daughters, Kimberly Beck, Teresa Doreen Burnett & husband Curt, & Jennifer Diane Murillo; his brothers, Elton Beck, Dwight Beck, & Preston Brewer; his sisters, Karyn Carlton, Sharyn Goss, Robin Beck, & Rhonda Martinez; his grandchildren, Christian Anthony, Elijah Ruben & Olga, Isaiah, Antonio, Priscilla, Patricia, Paulina, Elijah David, Kaitlyn, Chad, Cody, Sierra, Kelsey, Amberly, Justin, Dillon, Mackenzie, Megan, Taylor, Jordan, & Ethan; and his great grandchildren, Max, Addison, and Rennick. Richard is loved by many, and will be missed by all.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017 from 6pm to 9pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 1:00pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel.Cremation will take place on a later day.
