Robert Andrew Short, 24, was born November 10, 1996 in Houston, TX and entered eternal rest on September 25, 2021 in Houston, TX. He was a loving son, grandson, husband, father, brother,  uncle, cousin, and friend. Robert is preceded in death by his mother, Eliza Ann Short and his sister, Aleighia Jassel Barrera. He leaves behind to cherish his memories his father, Jesus Escalante & wife Cristina; his loving wife Deissi Ibet Dosal; his daughter, Aleighia Jassel Short; his brothers, Chris Escalante and Alfredo Escalante; his sisters, Lajanique Short, Alexis Mendoza, and Nadia Escalante;his cousins, Robert, Jonathan, Alyssa, Jalissa, Clarissa, Leila, Jose, Mariah, Eliza, Isabel, Julie, Eric, and Issac; his maternal grandmother, Maria Short; and his maternal great grandmother, Evangelina Cazares. Robert also leaves behind many other relatives and friends. He will be greatly missed by all those who shared wonderful memories with him.
