Roberto Perez

Roberto Perez, 66, was born on November 11, 1958, in Jersey City, New Jersey, and peacefully passed away on February 19, 2025, in Kemah, Texas. A devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend, Roberto will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His love for his children and grandchildren was especially evident when he joyfully taught them to dance salsa. With a passion for music and dancing, his calm demeanor was matched only by his love for collecting various knickknacks. A proud veteran and dedicated drill sergeant, Roberto’s service to his country was a cornerstone of his life. In addition, he spent many years as an auditor at NASA, further leaving his mark on the world.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Victor and Dominga Perez; his son, Adrian Alexander Perez; and his sister, Nilsa Perez. He is survived by his sons, Roberto Alexander Perez and Orlando Roberto Perez; his daughter, Erica Azenet Clark, and her husband, Doninique; his former wife, Diana Gonzalez Perez; his brother, Victor Perez; his sisters, Olga, Sonia, and Irene; his grandchildren, Dominique, Orlando, D.J., Anthony, Carmelo, Joaquin, Remi, Rossi, Giovani, and River; and his great-grandchild, Calyx.

Roberto's memory will forever be cherished by his family and all those who had the privilege of sharing special moments with him. He will be dearly missed.
