Rosa Martha Salinas, 81, was born on January 17, 1938 in Rodriguez, Coahuila, Mexico and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on October 20, 2019 at her residence in Houston, Texas while surrounded by her loving family.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend.  She was preceded in death by her father, Manuel Ibarra; her mother,  Juanita Preciado; and her husband, Oliverio Salinas (1984).  Rosa leaves behind to cherish her memories her son, Henry D. Locke & wife Amalia; her daughters, Diane Silveyra and Martha Patricia "Patty" Ibarra & husband Cesar; her brothers, Juan, Hector, and Luis; her sisters, Tome Aide, Matilde, and Rosario; her grandchildren, Ashley, Gustavo & wife Roxanna, Briana, Arianna, and Bianca; her great granddaughters, Dalila and Ayani; she also leaves behind many other relatives and friends.  Rosa will be dearly missed by all those who shared wonderful times with her.
