Ruben "Nino" Palacios, 56, was born November 21, 1964 in Houston, Texas and was called up to be with his Lord and Savior on November 12, 2021 in Houston, Texas. Preceding Niño is Father Emmanuel G. Palacios; Mother Frances Marroquin Palacios; and his brother Raul Palacios. Surviving relatives are Brother Joe Manuel Palacios; Brother Edward Palacios; Brother Angel Palacios; Sister Rebecca Palacios; and fiancé Toni Gonzalez. Ruben "Nino" will be dearly missed by all those who shared wonderful memories with him.
