Simona Arispe Fonseca, 90, was born on October 8, 1928 in Simonton, Texas and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior the morning of August 17, 2019 while surrounded by her loving family at her residence in Houston, Texas. She will always be remembered as a woman of strength and love.  Simona lived life to the fullest; dedicating herself into what she enjoyed, her family, work, traveling with her beloved husband's trucking business, coast to coast vacations with daughter, and bus trips to casino with family and friends. Simona poured into her church and many charities. She was preceded in death by her parents, Julian & Eduvijes Arispe; her husband, Louis Fonseca; her son, Inez Arispe, her stepson, Steven Fonseca, her grandson, Fabian Arispe; also her siblings, Guadalupe Arispe, Aurelia Acosta, and Juan Arispe. Simona leaves behind to cherish and treasure her memories her daughter, Josephine Cordova; stepdaughters, Luisa Vela, Betty Rojas, Gloria Torres, Janie Espinosa; stepson, Cruz Fonseca; she was also blessed to have numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
