Sylvester Lara, Jr.

Sylvester Lara, Jr. son of Sylvester and Pauline Lara, was born October 19, 1956 in Richmond, Texas, and died on May 17, 2016 at the age of 59 in Houston, Texas. He was predeceased by his parents and sisters, Rosa Lima Galvan and Mary Galvan, He is survived by seven sisters: Christina Chavez and husband Armando, Fran Vaughan and husband Jesse, Rosa Linda Humbert and husband Emile, Blanca Stella Gonzales and husband Adam, Rosario Morales and husband Juan, Sylvia Vela and husband Willie, and Patricia Dorman and husband Frankie. Three brothers: Victor Lara and wife Peggy, Chris Lara and wife Anita and David Lara and wife, Elvia.

He had many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, as well as loving friends and neighbors.
