1957-2017 Sylvia Sue Nuno, 60, was born on July 22, 1957 in Victoria, Texas to Mike and Janie Garcia and she was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on October 8, 2017 in Houston, Texas while surrounded by her loving family. Sylvia loved to laugh and make jokes. She was a very welcoming person, very lovable and will be dearly missed by all those she leaves behind. Sylva is survived by her husband of 37 years, Salvador Nuno V.; her sons, Gavino Salvador Nuno and Roberto Antonio Nuno; her sisters, Rose Mary, Cecilia, MaryAnn and Patricia; her grandchildren, Jazmine, Joseph, Michelle, Janie, Juan, Robert, Joleene, Alexandria, Mikahla, and Michael; also many other relatives and friends.

Celebration of Life: Thursday, October 12, 2017

Times: 5pm to 9pm

Location: Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel

Cremation will take place on a later day
