Yahir Rubio Vizuet

1991 - 2017

Yahir Rubio Vizuet was born on October 6, 1991 in Mexico, to his parents Benjamin Vizuet Ponce & Evelia Rubio Rubio. Yahir passed away a hero, not only to the City of Houston and surrounding areas but to all of his loving family. Yahir passed away along side with his brother, Benjamin Vizuet while trying to help Hurricane Harvey flood victims get to safety. Yahir is survived by his parents; his brothers, Noel Vizuet, Edgar Vizuet, & Jose Vizuet; and sister, Evelyn Vizuet. Yahir will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends who shared with him in life.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 15, 2017 at 10am at The Resurection Catholic Church (915 Zoe Street., Houston, Texas 77020.)

Interment will follow in Santa Teresa Morales Cemetery.
