Yolanda O. Fernandez 1946 - 2016

Yolanda O. Fernandez, 69, was born on November 15, 1946 in Pasadena, Texas to Refugio and Ruby Ojeda. Yolanda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister; she was always willing to lend a hand. Yolanda loved cooking, spending time at the casino, and watching soap operas. She will be dearly missed by all. Yolanda is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Timothy Fernandez; her sons, Timothy Fernandez, Jr. & wife Alejandra, William Harrison Cotton, Adam Fernandez & wife Eva, Patrick Fernandez & wife Cynthia, Louis Fernandez & wife Luz, Christopher Fernandez & wife Jennifer, Carlos Fernandez, Nicholas Fernandez, and Ernest Fernandez & wife Amanda; daughters, Rachel Fernandez, Rosanna Pedraza & husband Arthur, Maria Cardenas & husband Juan, and Isabel Gonzalez & husband Daniel; brothers, Daniel Oliva and Eluterio Ojeda; sisters, Elvira Pena, Dominga Cisneros, and Juanita Ojeda; 33 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 17, 2016 from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm and on Monday, January 18, 2016 from 1pm to 5pm with a Funeral Service at 4pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Cremation will take place on a later day.
